About FeeLoom
FeeLoom is a beta profit-tracking service for Etsy sellers. It is operated independently from Etsy. The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. FeeLoom uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
Information we collect
We store account details such as username and email, workspace and shop details, product costs, feedback, and order information imported by you or retrieved with your Etsy authorization. Etsy connections also include OAuth identifiers and encrypted access credentials. FeeLoom does not request Etsy buyer email access.
How we use information
We use this information to operate your account, synchronize authorized shop data, calculate profit estimates, provide exports, protect the service, troubleshoot problems, and respond to feedback. We do not sell personal information or use Etsy data for advertising.
Services involved
Etsy supplies shop and transaction data that you authorize. Render hosts the application and database. If error monitoring is enabled, Sentry processes limited technical diagnostics used to investigate failures; FeeLoom configures it not to send personal information by default. These providers process technical or service data under their own terms and privacy practices. Data may be processed in countries where these providers operate.
Cookies and security
FeeLoom currently uses essential session and security cookies needed for sign-in and request protection. It does not currently use advertising cookies. Etsy access credentials are encrypted at rest, and secrets are excluded from workspace exports.
Retention and control
Workspace data is kept while the workspace is active. Owners can download workspace data and permanently delete the workspace from Privacy & data. Sellers can disconnect Etsy from the Shops page. Deleted information may remain temporarily in routine provider backups or security logs until those records are overwritten.
Your choices
You can review data in the application, correct shop and cost information, download a copy, disconnect Etsy, or request deletion. Depending on where you live, additional access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or complaint rights may apply.
